Congressional Stakeouts to Save Health Care
Our goal for the stakeouts is to make sure that anyone who comes or goes out of one of those offices gets greeted by protesters promising to hold them accountable if they vote to repeal the Affordable Care Act. You might be part of a big crowd or a small group depending on what time you arrive—but we don't know when a staffer, a major donor, a local reporter, or the Congressperson themselves could show up—so it's vital we have all shifts covered!
Remember that these are peaceful, lawful events. We're committed to safety and to de-escalating any potential conflicts. Please review our de-escalation tips here. If any issues arise, contact us at help@moveon.org or at 1-877-469-6551 Thursday between 7:30 a.m. ET and 7:30 p.m. ET, and someone will be available to help right away.
